Chalk on the Walk
Join us for the 104th Windsor Harvest Festival on Saturday, September 5th! The Windsor Downtown Alliance is excited to invite artists to team up with our fantastic Downtown businesses for a thrilling Chalk Art competition.

Artists will have from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM to create their masterpieces. Judging will take place from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, with an awards ceremony at 4:00 PM at Boardwalk Park by the pavilion.

Fees/Admission
For an entry fee of $20, participants will receive a pastel chalk set with 48 colors, a squirt bottle, and a sponge. Harvest Festival Theme: Hometown America | 250 Years of Community Spirit
