Starting Solids Workshop
This virtual workshop is designed for parents and caregivers who are getting ready to introduce solid foods to their baby. Pediatric dietitian Christine Sullivan will teach how to recognize readiness signs, introduce foods and allergens safely, choose between baby-led weaning and spoon-feeding, and build healthy eating habits from the start.
