Windsor Chamber Halloween Trick or Treating

Downtown Windsor will be filled with Trick or Treaters through the Downtown businesses.
So fun for the whole family.  Children can go Trick or Treating and the parents and grandparents can shop and see what stores are in Windsor.
If you have a business and not in downtown Windsor, let the Windsor Chamber know, so we can find you a spot to put up a table.
