In addition to degrees in Finance and Economics from Regis University, Fran is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary™ (AIF), Qualified Plan Financial Consultant (QPFC) and Professional Plan Consultant™ (PPC) and a Certified Financial Wellness Professional (CFWP).  

For over 36 years, Fran has been actively involved in coaching a variety of youth sports, teaching bible study and been an active member of various Fort Collins civic organizations and taught Junior Achievement at many levels. Fran loves the outdoors, sports, traveling, spending time with and sharing laughs with family and friends.
